Do you ever get the feeling that life is swirling around you, passing you by as you jump from one thing to the next? Does your life feel like a juggling act, zapping you of energy as you try to keep your balls in the air and your plates spinning? Do you find that your needs drift to the bottom of the pile while you expend time and energy striving to meet the needs of others?...
What if there was a different way to live? One that allowed you to feel grounded, connected, creative, nourished and present in your life, more equipped to handle the daily demands? What would it be like to give yourself permission to slow down a little, find space to breathe, recalibrate and do something for you?
‘Space to Breathe’ was born out of our own longing to spend more time doing the things that light our fire, positively contribute to our wellbeing, help us to live with a sense of agency and enable us to support others to create space to breathe in their lives too! ‘Space to Breathe’ is about us and it’s about you. We are same-but-different. Essentially, we all want to find ways to be well and live our best lives.
