We offer a range of sessions for people of all ages and stages of life who wish to find space to breathe, move & create! Try one of our online classes!!
In our online sessions designed for families, we will explore wellbeing through movement, creativity, breathing, nutrition, & learn how to build these into our everyday lives. People who practice mindfulness, creativity & move their bodies, experience more positive mood, less anxiety & have greater control of their emotions. Creating space to breathe supports us in our wellbeing!!
